Azure App Service Plan: random CPU spikes
In this post, I quickly want to highlight an issue we had at work. One of our app service plans was having frequent CPU spikes out of nowhere.
As you can see, every 5 minutes a huge spike was happening. We did a lot of research to see where this could be coming from, but never found a real issue.
Solution: after creating a new app service plan and simply moving all services to the new plan we got everything back to normal. It seemed that the app service plan got into this state and nothing could fix it.
